Gokshura or Nerunji Mull, binomial name Tribulus terrestris, is an herb which grows naturally in many parts of the world including the Asia, South America, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Weeds of Tribulus found abundantly on roadsides and vacant lands whose seeds are sharp and painful when stepped on. Its weeds are used in Chinese, European, Siddha and Ayurveda Medicine preparation to cure headache, eye problem as hives, conjunctivitis (inflammation at the membrane eye), weak eyesight and anxiety, to cure high blood pressure and flank pain.
